Autopay and 12 Month Commitment Required
We require autopay for all of our plans, so we don’t end up chasing invoices instead of working on your website.
Because we’re eating the up front cost to build your website, we require a 12 month commitment, going month to month afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I sign up?
To start, you'll need to get our Website Onboarding Questionnaire filled out ASAP. It will provide our team with what we need to jump into development work on your website. Any delays in getting this filled out will result in delays getting your website launched. We try to turn around websites within one month of getting the Questionnaire back from you, though sites with extra pages will naturally take a bit longer.
What happens if I don't like the design?
This very seldom happens, but we'll work with you to get the design dialed in if it's not quite what you had in mind. Keep in mind though, billing continues whether or not the project is delayed due to revision requests. The goal here is to get you up and running as soon as possible, since an unlaunched website isn't going to help your business.
What happens if I want to leave?
If your 12 month initial commitment isn't up yet, we'll invoice the remaining balance since we've already put in the work to build your site. If you're already paid up to the 12 month mark, we'll terminate billing the following month. We offer the option to take your website with you, for a flat $480 export fee to pay our developers who will prepare it to move off our platform. You'd get a compressed folder of the compiled website code that you can toss on any static web hosting platform.
What if I want more pages?
No problem - new pages are billed at $15/mo. That means a 15 page site (10 extra pages) will run you $350/mo + $15 * 10 = $500/mo. At that point, we'd probably recommend that you just upgrade to the Growth plan, since you'll be getting more SEO strategy for your website, and 38 total pages over 12 months, for $850/mo. It's a much better bang for your buck.
Why do I need to pay every month?
Once your website is up, the work isn't finished. Many small businesses sink thousands into building a website that ends up abandoned for years, with staff listed who are no longer with the company, outdated services, and even outdated contact information sometimes. Our quarterly updates (or monthly updates on the higher tier plans) make sure that never happens.
Can I integrate with XYZ tool or CRM?
We don't (currently) offer any integrations beyond contact form automation out of the box - custom dev work would fall into a one-off project that would be bid separately from our core services.
Isn't the monthly billing just 0% financing?
In a way, yes. Many small businesses can't afford to drop thousands of dollars up front for a website, and we understand that. This monthly pricing model is built around getting you an effective marketing website while protecting your cashflow. Beyond that though, it's also intended to add a level of service you'll rarely find from other agencies at this price point, so your website stays current and effective for the long haul.
Can we schedule regular calls?
To keep our operation efficient and focused on delivery rather than administration, we don't offer the option to schedule recurring calls. We do offer monthly reporting via email at the higher tiers of service. All plans come with Google Search Console and Google Analytics access in case you ever want to poke around the data. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we try to be available by phone during normal business hours. We're always available via email for questions about your account.
